FAQ for Coordinator

After I log out, how do I log in again to see my dashboard and classes?
- Click on Log in on your mobile or desktop, and fill in your user name and password. Once logged in, your dashboard will immediately appear, and you will be able to see your classes.
I cannot remember my user name.
- We are sorry you cannot remember your user name. Regrettably, there is not much that can be done in this case. The simplest solution is to create a new account and start again. When you register a new account, we advise you to choose a familiar user name that you will not forget. And keep it in a safe place.

ADMINISTRATION & SECURITY

Where can I find the School Code?
- In the navigation bar / hamburger click on the School Summary tab and it will take you to a page which shows the School Code.
How can I check when the school's subscription expires?
- You can see the date your subscription expires immediately below your dashboard banner It will be mentioned at the top of every page of your dashboard You will also receive a Notification one week before the school's subscription expires
How can I add a teacher to the Hindi SoEasy® online system?
- In the navigation bar / hamburger click on User Management. The Add Teacher button at the top left will take you to a page that will allow you to add the email ids of additional teachers whom you can invite.
How can I add more students to the Hindi SoEasy® online system?
- On your Dashboard is a link to send to Students so they can register. Please send this link to additional students. Once they register with this link they will have access to the system.
How can I send the information about registration to my teachers/students?
- At the top of your dashboard page there is a link for you to copy and send to your students so they can register into your online School, and choose their Class and Section.
Where can I find the emails of all the students and teachers?
- In the navigation bar / hamburger click on User Management for a complete list of students and teachers and their email ids.
How can I ensure the HSE Advantage+ membership is not misused?
- On the dashboard page click the drop down box titled IMPORTANT and you will find instructions to ensure your membership is not misused. Please read these carefully and kindly follow the instructions.

CLASSES AND STUDENT PROGRESS

I am a teacher as well as a coordinator. Where can I see my classes and my students?
- Click on the Select Classes tab and select your classes. Once this is done, your Classes and number of Students in that class will be listed on your dashboard page.
Where can I see the entire school's performance using the Hindi SoEasy® system?
- On the dashboard page, click on the 'School Performance' tab and it will give you an overview of the entire school's performance totals per each game: Pahelis, TakhtKhel™, TakhtKhel™ Chunauti and Agyashani®.
Where can I view the Class Schedules for TakhtKhel™ Chunauti and the Standardized Baseline Tests (SBT)?
- On the dashboard page click on the orange tab called Class Schedules - You will see three tabs for Previous Week, Current Week and Next Week. These three tabs are calendars for each of these weeks in which the dates and times of Chunautis and Standardized Baseline Tests (SBT) set by Hindi teachers will appear for each Class participating in the HSE system.
How do I schedule a TakhtKhel™ Chunauti?
- Click on the Class Schedules tab in the left navigation bar
  Click on the orange button - Update Schedule - on the top right
  Scroll to the week/day/time you wish the TakhtKhel™ Chunauti to be held and click on the (+) button
  A window will pop up - Please select TakhtKhel™ Chunauti.
  Check to see that the time you selected is correct
  Then select the Classes who need to sit the test. Tick Select All if you want to schedule the test for all Classes
  Write any instructions you wish to share in the Notes to Students box. This will appear on their schedules as a notepad icon which, if they click, will reveal your Notes.
  You have the choice to schedule the TakhtKhel™ Chunauti "For every week" or "For this week". Please click on the appropriate orange button at the bottom of the screen
  Our automated system will immediately send a Notification of the Chunauti schedule to your Students on their personal Dashboard. And their Class Schedule will be updated.
How do I schedule Standardised Baseline Tests (SBT)?
- Click on the Class Schedules tab in the left navigation bar
  Click on the orange button - Update Schedule - on the top right
  Scroll to the week/day/time you wish the Standardized Baseline Tests (SBT) to be held and click on the (+) button
  A window will pop up - Please select Standardized Baseline Tests
  Check to see that the time you selected is correct
  Then select the Classes who need to sit the test. Tick Select All if you want to schedule the test for all Classes
  Write any instructions you wish to share in the Notes to Students box. This will appear on their schedules as a notepad icon which, if they click, will reveal your Notes.
  Please click on the Schedule Test button at the bottom of the screen
  Our automated system will immediately send a Notification of the SBT schedule to your Students on their personal Dashboard. And their Class Schedule will be updated.
How will my Students know the Standardized Baseline Tests (SBT) schedule and results?
- Once the date and time for the Standardized Baseline Tests is set, our automated system will immediately send a Notification to your Students on their personal Dashboard. And their Class Schedule will be updated.
  Please also give your Students verbal and/or email instructions on the format of the Standardized Baseline Tests (online or offline), the amount of time they have for the Test, and what they need to bring to sit the Test.
  The system will immediately show you of the date of the next Standardized Baseline Tests.
  A week before the next scheduled Standardized Baseline Tests (once every 90 days) you will receive an automated alert/email with a suggested date for the Test. Your students will also receive a pop-up Notification on their personal Dashboards, as well as verbal confirmation from you of an upcoming Test.
  Standardized Baseline Test results: As with automated point collection, the SBT results of each student will be automatically shared on their personal Dashboards, and thus also available to you.
Where can I see an overview of the entire school in terms of number of students and teachers using the Hindi SoEasy system?
- Click on the 'School Summary' tab. On this page you can also see the breakdown of the number of teachers and students using the HSE system in your school, as well as the number of students per Class.
